No, we do not. While Toronto has many electric bikes, most shops, including ours, don't have the specialized tools and parts required for servicing them.  

Most of our services are completed by appointment. If you've brought in your bike for a scheduled appointment, it will typically be ready the same day, unless it is brought in late or we inform you otherwise. 

No! Flat repairs are done same day on a walk-in basis, typically within an hour. 

We provide 2 years of warranty tune-ups following the year of purchase (typically 1 per year). All warranty tune-ups are strictly done between Nov 1st and Feb 28th. Following your 2 year warranty period, all following tune-ups with us are 50% off. 

No, we are not. All Cyclepath locations were once connected, however, they are no longer connected. 

The lifetime tune-up policy was created and put into effect by a different store owner under a different environment. Same name, different store. 

Aside from this, this store has not sold or dealt with Norco for 5+ years, this means that they are no longer providing supplies to continue the convenient free warranty tune-ups.
